My diet regime further elaborated.

I know that it shouldnt appear in this section, but since its here, i'll just continue from here.
Update, update.

Due to the upcoming exams recently (now its finished and im promoted), i've stopped exercising and went into books (or something like that, actually its lecture notes and tutorials). And yet people still say that i've become slimmer. What bullshit.

The lowest i went was 75kg, which was 1kg more than my much earlier diet/exercise regime which brought me from 78+kg to 74kg.

Extra note: The calcium pills werent meant to assist me. I took them because my mum wants me to take them.

Now im back to exercising this week where i've grown fatter (physically of course) to around 77kg.

Oh what the heck. Now my muscles are aching quite a bit just because i forgot to stretch.

Anyway, now's the real deal where i start going serious on 'shaping' my body for the better good.

Here are a list of things i have to do over the hols
  1. Swimming
  2. Running
  3. Tanning
  4. Muscle building
  5. Talk-cocking
  6. Hairstyling
  7. Window shopping
  8. Doing holiday homework -_-""
  9. Playing
  10. Holidaying (er.....)
  11. Last but the most, SLEEPING!!!

Alright, that's about it.

Current running length- 4km on treadmill, 5 rounds on the outside

Target: 10km in 30 mins, 12 rounds in 45 mins

Current swimming length: nothing

Target: 50 laps non-stop (am i a bit too ambitious over here?)

Sun-tanning: Can sleep in the meantime, so will last about 3hrs

Current weight: 25kg

Target:35-40kg

Dumbell weight:5kg each

Target: 12.5kg each

The rest: See how say later

Lol looks like im doing my planning all here (well at least its a good reminder). Will subject to change.
