My diet regime...

...isnt 100% successful. There were lot of times where I was forced to eat some unhealthy stuff (cos theres nothing else) or just simply having a craving to eat something nice for a change. Nevertheless, its kinda working. I lost about 5+ kg and i am still losing (and i refuse to give the figures; its kinda embarassing) even though i didnt have the drive to really exercise everyday. There were definitely factors which contributes to my ongoing success, which is:

1. Suddenly i was able to run. I ran 2.4 km for 3 days in 2 weeks of PE and the time taken was improving (no link but just some info lah) and together with my lack of energy intake...
2. But i still need protein and calcium which means i need some white meat like chicken or fish or eggs as well as some milk. Now i take calcium pills and it tastes like milk so its perfectly all right.
3. Im finally losing my appetite. Not physically, but mentally. I used to be able to finish a big plate of western set meal. Now i almost cannot finish my spaghetti.
4. I also do my workouts at the gym. Most of it is strength training, but i do some running as well.
5. I started off with fruit juice, then some fruits itself. However watermelons dissolve in the stomach very fast, which means that i'll become hungry very shortly. This never really happened, but im eating papayas now. It has more solid n helps with dietary fibre.

However there are some which hinders my progress like:

1. Muscle training introduced by Zhen Zhi. Its definitely healthy and i embraced it widely, but fact still lies that it gains more weight, since muscle mass is much more than mass of fats.
2. Im not exactly consistent in keeping to my diet, because there were times where i will eat some fried and oliy stuff like chicken rice (in an effort to gain protein, i forgot to ask for white rice), fried rice with lots of stuff etc. and the fries from macs.
3. Im also not consistent with my excercise regime, mainly due to the rigourous choir practices. Now that SYF is over, its time to pia my running (2.4 today, 5 tml!!) and my thigh muscle (if it cant shrink, at least make it look gd) and my pull-ups (now im doing it with open arms i.e. training with my back muscles now). Oh, and im starting to mug for the very first time onwards, which i am still not used to yet.

NOT DONE YET

calcium pills causes consipation by the way. take it sparingly with sufficient water and dietary fiber intake.
